Head Chef
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at Camp Barstow, including menu planning, food preparation, kitchen staff supervision, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. This position ensures that meals are nutritious, well-prepared, timely, and served in a safe and welcoming environment. The Head Chef works closely with the Dining Hall Steward to deliver a high-quality dining experience for Scouts, leaders, and staff while modeling the values of Scouting America.

Head Steward
The Dining Hall Steward is responsible for supervising daily dining hall operations and leading the Dining Hall Steward Staff of 3-4 to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment at Camp Barstow. This role supports meal service operations, enforces sanitation and safety standards, and provides leadership and mentorship to staff while modeling the values of Scouting America. The Dining Hall Steward plays a key role in the overall camper experience by ensuring meals run smoothly and facilities remain inspection-ready.

Steward
Dining Hall Steward Staff are responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Camp Barstow dining hall by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for campers and staff. Stewards play a vital role in food service support, sanitation, and hospitality while modeling the values of Scouting America. This position helps ensure meals are served efficiently, safely, and in accordance with health and safety standards.
