Ecology Director
The Ecology Director is responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering high-quality environmental and conservation programs at Camp Barstow. This position provides leadership to 3-4 ecology staff, ensures safe and engaging merit badge instruction for 12 different badges, and promotes environmental stewardship in alignment with the mission of Scouting America. The Ecology Director serves as a role model, mentor, and subject-matter leader within the camp program.

Ecology Staff are responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on environmental education experiences that support Scouting advancement and foster stewardship of the outdoors. Staff members serve as role models, instructors, and mentors while helping Scouts connect with nature in meaningful and memorable ways.
