BBQ and Bluegrass music – how can you miss that!? The Indian Waters Council invites all Scouting parents and leaders to come out for a night of free food and entertainment on October 23 from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. During the event we will preview the 2020 program at Camp Barstow. This event is being held near the council office at the R. L. Bryan Company located at 301 Greystone Blvd, Columbia, SC 29210. Leaders from all surrounding councils are also invited if you want to come and hear first person what the plans are for making things #BetterAtBarstow.
